All magazine programmes like The One Show and that one with the old women on ITV in the afternoon
All Ant and Dec shows
All dating programmes
Deal or No Deal
Boring shit like Casualty, Holby City, Downton Abbey, Call the Midwife

These shows are only aired so that the advertising agencies can flog the great unwashed cleaning products.

Who? Bruce or Larry Grayson?

Genuine question: did Larry Grayson host that thing, or is this an in-joke of some kind?

When I had to watch it (used to stay at my gran's for a weekend from time to time when I was a kid and a teenager, she loved it. She chose what we watched of course. She also loved “Some Muvvers do ’ave ’em”, which was ok by me) it was Forsyth hosting it. She once bumped into him in Selfridges, he had a face like absolute thunder, I suppose he'd been being bothered by every single tom, dick and harry in the place. She didn't think it was an opportune moment to ask for his autograph.

A complicated one.
I always completely loathed It's a Knock-Out, but when Stuart Hall was hosting it, I felt I had to sort of tolerate it out of City solidarity. (Embarrassingly, they introduced something rather like it for the half-time “entertainment” at the Etihad at one point, and then thankfully dropped it fairly quickly). Then when all Hall's dirty laundry came out in the wash, I felt completely justified in hating it.
I see that guy's still alive. Bit of a pity that he's such a scumbag. Was always very articulate and even quite witty about the blues, in a time when it wasn't at all fashionable to stand up for us.

Yes he was a host, between Forsyth’s two stints and then Jim Davidson followed later.
