Why won't twitter posts with videos play the video on bluemoon?

I can go onto twitter and play videos but if I click on the actual video in the bluemoon post it says media unavailable.

just spotted “picadilly gardens” trending on twitter.

Is the issue a setting in bluemoon or my Chromebook?

If you click on it a 2nd time it should play, it does the same for me, just don't ask why.

Edit: usually does the same for me, just to be awkward the one above plays first time.
