Two more points guarantees European football next year

What with Portsmouth being officially denied a European spot, then top 7 guarantees at least a Europa league spot.

If we get 2 more points we can't finish lower than 7th.

So 2 more points guarantees at least Europa League footy next season. Fantastic.

ps obviously the target is Champions League but still it's good to know.

Got an Arsenal fan who works for me in the office, he is praying Utd beat Spurs on Sat and we win 1-0 at their place on Sat.
Like he has said they are in the CL and have had an half decent season, the only thing to spoil it would be for Suprs to join them in the CL.

it'll be because the Portsmouth thing is not settled - I'll put money on them appealing if they win - and you watch whoever finishes 7 do their level best to campaign against that happening...
