That would be a good start. I actually think we have a very good squad, it's just that they're always injured or playing out of position so it's hard to really judge.

Would you agree with me that we have the 3rd best team player for player on paper right now? If so adding players will not maxamize the squad, until we get to the bottom of why we, as a unit are so dreadful compared with our parts.

Probably yeah.
The trouble is that we play long ball and 442 which doesn't suit any of our players.
I feel sorry for our players, the likes of Ade etc must be wondering what the fuck they've done.
