Anything that angers Bayern is fine by me, but it seems odd that they wouldn't just speak by phone.

You can only surmise that it was for something very important. Maybe they needed to be in the same room together to talk to a player or an agent. Maybe there were 'final' decisions to be made which needed to be made face to face.

From the pictures alone Pep has a bag and Txiki doesn't. So it appears Pep will be showing Txiki something he can't simply explain on the phone? Tactics, team direction etc ? Perhaps why a certain transfer would fit his system more than another or something.

MINO RAIOLA is based out of Amsterdam. He is Dutch Italian and his family owns a famous pizzeria there.
