Plenty of footage of things flying around the skies that just don’t look like they’re from here.Maybe but we don’t know that ,we have no evidence to back that up. We just don’t know. We do know there is no evidence any have ever visited earth or even our solar system.
Saying there will be is just a guess, one that’s easy to make because we can’t comprehend the size of the universe, or even the galaxy we inhabit.
There are no flying saucers, astronomers have been searching for signs of advanced intelligent life all over space for 50 years just a basic radio signal even,nothing, to think all they had to do was look at you tube for craft wizzing around the earth.is more than just ridiculous. There will be countless civilisations out there who are that far advanced compared to us it’s unthinkable, so it’s more than likely that they have long been able to travel distances we can’t even comprehend.
Because life isn't that prevalent in the universe and we might be the closest planet sustaining sentient life. Or at least sentient life existing in the same time periods.Why on Earth would any aliens want to visit this fucked up planet of ours?
Absence of evidence is clearly not evidence of absence for metaphysicians of every persuasion.It'll never be admitted if alien life forms do actually exist.
It would be the end of religion which keeps people in line and would cause mass panic.

Are they developed enough to cross/dismiss our knowledge of time/dimension?.... probably.

That’s the trouble with interstellar travel. Where you’re going there’s never a dealership for your make and model.Personally i wouldn`t be surprised either way whether they existed or not . The thing that gets me is the fact their safety record leaves a lot to be desired for craft so advanced that they could travel vast distances across space .
