If we don't get it over turned at CAS, I'm sure City will turn to other courts. The club statement refers to turn to CAS "in the first instance", which rather implies that they won't stop there.

Time to take the gloves off.

I know we hate the CL, but how fucking badly do we want to win this fucker this season. Just to ram it down their throats. Win it, then melt the trophy down and make next season’s season cards out of it
Or parade it from an open top bus and drop it so the bus runs over it. Oh hang on that’s been done.

Is it bad that whenever shite like this happens my ultimate feeling is "wait until the global corporation finds out about capitalism?"

If nothing else, this clearly shows that the club and ownership's approach as been wrong. We've been told for 7 years that they're trying to go softly softly, not disrupt things too much, not take things head on, and the result is a 2 year ban.

They tried, but they failed. Tonight has done completely devastating and irretrievable PR damage and the only way to correct it is to change the approach completely and not just wriggle free of this ban, but go beyond that and do some serious retaliatory damager.

It's long past time to take the proverbial gloves off.

they’ve picked the wrong fight

Well Sheikh mansour latterly played by their rules and they still did him.

Be smarter this time. Invest in the club and finish the job you started.

The racists think they have won. Not sure it's over but to be honest, how many blues really trust CAS?

Does anyone know what will happen if it gets that far? I can only imagine that at the moment, only the CAS can stop them imposing the ban. If that was the case, we'd basically be out of the competition for at least a season but we could potentially sue UEFA for loss of earnings, damages, players lost or missed out on, potential sponsors and so on, to the tune of... Who knows how much?
