Would hope any uefa officials turning up at the Madrid game get treated with the disdain they deserve.

Witnessed first hand how these pricks expect to be treated when they turn up at a club. For them the football is something in the background while they are being entertained. Always wound me how well they were treated while treating us like shit.

Don't care about the champions league and would love the club to go for uefa in the courts and remind the world that mancunians have a history of not keeping quite when we are wronged
They will be troughing the free food and booze as normal not interested in the football just a set of free loaders

In some ways I'm relieved. Now we know for certain what UEFA are going to do we can go about moving on, something that was well nigh impossible before. We either win the appeal or commence the rebuilding job. Whatever, the future starts here.
I think your wrong with this one,we rebuild serve the ban and they fuck us over again and again,no matter how good we are UEFA under any circumstances do not want us winning this, we'l get banned but the club must drag them through the civil courts for losses

Im not being funny or having a dig. But I thought it was common knowledge that your owner put his money into the club via Etihad.

My point is, and the point I hope you actually go all out on is that your owner has the means to pump whatever he wants to into the club, he should be allowed to do that. Your club is not at risk of going under? So its not to protect your club, so whats the problem? Hopefully the FFP rule is scrapped.

How did PSG manage to not get any sort of punishment?
You are believing the media too much and PSG have contscts at EUFA,friendly ones, the prem teams sre leafing this, the ones with yank owners, they have been trying for 10yrs

The email talked about “his highness” IIRC this was assumed to be Mansour again IIRC only the head of the UAE is referenced in this way

Exactly. It can be speculated but if it came from Etihad, there can not be an objective claim that it is overinflated. Etihad decides what sponsorship they are paying, irrespective of the amount.

This is from the Conn article.

One of the emails, from City’s then chief financial officer, Jorge Chumillas, headed “Cashflow”, stated that Mansour’s own company vehicle, the Abu Dhabi United Group (ADUG), would be paying £57m as a “contribution to 13/14 sponsorship fee”, while only £8m was Etihad’s “direct contribution”. Then Chumillas sent invoices for Etihad, internally to the City executives Ferran Soriano and Simon Pearce, stating that for 2015-16, the Etihad sponsorship was £67.5m, of which “£8m should be funded directly by Etihad and £59.5 [sic] by ADUG”.
The issue is whether ADUG paid City and we called it sponsorship, or Etihad paid City after ADUG paid them. If it's the latter then there cannot be a case to answer, as UEFA have absolutely no legislation where a sponsor gets their money.

If ADUG paid us, even on behalf of Etihad, things might get messy.
