There is a game going on to which we are not a party.

It goes beyond us CAS and UEFA. Coronavirus may now provide a convenient solution all round where all charges are dropped with no loss of face all round. Football needs all the money it can get and the debt clubs will be those to suffer most from cash flow problems and lockdown revenue issues so not in any position of strength to negotiate or press claims of breach of FFP. Where does it leave them?

Corionavirus is a game changer.
 
City said as a reaction to UEFA complaining about the delay due to Covid 19, that they want this appeal heard at the earliest possible date, it is highly likely that this was just City posturing, City will allow CAS full time for due diligence that UEFA did not, so no appeal for suspension will happen until the last moment, just like our appeal against the ban

It was not Uefa complaining about a supposed delay at CAS, bud.

This came from the top ten clubs barring Sheffield United.

No worries, mate. Uefa complained about us trying to circumnavigate their AC chamber by going straight to CAS, which was basically us stating we had no faith in their competence and a ruling had already been decided upon.

The recent coordinating of letters complaining of a delay at CAS was from rival clubs in the Premier League, without any evidence for it and accusing us of trying to take advantage during the coronavirus.

I'm sure City were very happy to see those concerns all raised via the same firm of lawyers.

Do the clubs hierarchy actually believe we are innocent?
Are they gonna present evidence of this
All we’ve heard to date is based on technicality’s and procedure

Ferran Soriano gave his interview with City TV on the Wednesday after the ban was announced. When it was put to him that City had been found guilty of financial wrong doing and non cooperation he said perfectly clearly that "the allegations are not true, they're simply not true." Part of City's argument has always been the Leterme and his chamber never read a file of "irrefutable evidence" that the club has not broken the FFP regulations. CAS will certainly be presented with this evidence. Not consulting a file of evidence presented is certainly a matter of procedure but it is a whopper of a technicality and I doubt CAS will take procedure and technicality as lightly as you seem to.

But as much as I’d like to think sorriano is right why would they give us a two year ban if it’s irrefutable

Think it’s a game of brinkmanship
Not sure who has what cards

They banned us for two years because that is part of their plan to make the ban on City permanent. Ban us for two years and bring in new rules to qualify for the Champs League which are based on the previous three years of playing in the competition. They are not even trying to hide it anymore.

The only reason that UEFA want to ban us is to stop us and any more teams like us from winning the Champions League. That is why we have to go out and win both this years Champions League and the appeal at CAS.

Should we win that appeal I expect that UEFA will come out and trying some other under hand scheme to ban us. Then the only way to stop them is to take all the boards of UEFA to court. Then sue them for both deformation of the name and what ever else the club can find to sue them. If that means all the boards of UEFA and those sitting on them as well so much the better. Then maybe those Premier League clubs that are after us may just learn that they shouldn't mess with us and leave us alone.

been mentioned that those clubs sending in paperwork to CAS has no effect on the decision as they are not in the court proceedings.

Your original questions were:

Are they gonna present evidence of this? They say they already have but it has not even be considered.

This contradicts your assertion that "all we've heard to date is based on technicality's and procedure."

In this post you ask why they would give us a two year ban if it (our evidence) is irrefutable. This is not a question the club can answer for you if you don't accept the explanation that they didn't consider it. UEFA's answer is that the ban and fine were for financial wrong doing and non cooperation with their investigation. They have not made their evidence (if any) public so no one can help you any further as yet. So who do you trust?

Careful - it some of the city haters on twitter see this, it won't be long before we're accused of spreading the virus in order to evade the ban!!!
