What’s the alternative?
Taking a reduced punishment, effectively admitting guilt, continuing to have FFP hinder our development and operations (which will be compounded by a ban of anything length or fine of any amount from this instance), and then looking out for the next UEFA/cartel attack via FFP?
Summed up in a nutshell.I have always felt FFP was a clear breech of a free market.
Stopping owners investments in their own Clubs is wrong on every level.
It a creates an artificial Market where those who became financially established before FFP have a clear advantage over others. Anti - competitive.
This then has a knock on effect by stiffing the transfer market.Only those Clubs pre - FFP can afford the best players. Those late to the party only get the crumbs from the Table.
