...only to find out they've already punished us for the reported offence.

I hope we take them on, see whether UEFA have anything other than illegally obtained information. Let's challenge FFP whilst we're in court too.

UEFA want this battle less than us, think they'll try and close it quickly.

The Investigatory Chamber of the independent UEFA Club Financial Control Body has today opened a formal investigation into Manchester City FC for potential breaches of Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations.

The investigation will focus on several alleged violations of FFP that were recently made public in various media outlets.

UEFA will make no further comments on the matter while the investigation is ongoing.

Good luck getting any of our sponsors to open their books fellas.

So they are investigating rumours posted in the media, from stolen e mails, obtained by a man who is in police custody? You couldn't make it up. BOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

To be honest I'm not arsed. The 'established elite' and the journalists who represent those clubs have been gunning for us from the day we were took over.

The worst possible punishment being talked about is a 1 year ban from Europe. Let's see how they all feel about that when we piss the league due to no European commitments.

That said I hope we take them on, see whether UEFA have anything other than illegally obtained information. Let's challenge FFP whilst we're in court too.

What proof is there that any of these emails are correct. They could just be made up?

Yeah, difficult to see this going anywhere. They've obviously bowed to media pressure here (in itself a sign of a body not fit to govern) their best option would be to get this opened and closed quickly.

About bleeding time can we please get on with this so we can put it to bed and move on - corrupt bastards will not stop until we go back to being little old City.
