Its an elongated piece of shit saying if CAS don't make a decision by June then City will probably apply to have the sanctions deferred till a final outcome and participate next season.

Fails to correlate that the CAS comments on the inadmissible appeal mean its pretty much certain City would be successful in having the sanctions suspending pending a final outcome.

Oh and of course the mandatory comments for city bingo from bitter armchair scousers and rags

Thank you.

I think city will sit tight and wait for the appeal rather than apply to delay the ban until after hearing at CAS
UEFA arses will be twitching if it drags on. Do they press ahead with plans without city? If they do and the ban gets thrown out then they will be in a right pickle.
City know this and are playing them like a fiddle

May as well. FFP hasn't stopped Villa posting a £100m+ loss which could well put them under without owner support if relegated.

This is what gets me, a think i have this right.

Say Villa stay up this season and the owner pumps more money in so they can buy better players in the summer.
They then finish mid table next year and the owner invests more in new players to push for Europe.
They then finish they year in 8th place so the owner buys a top player in the summer and they go on to finish 5th and finally qualify for Europe.

They make a massive loss over 3 years, up to now Uefa haven't given a flying fuck but now they qualify for Europe they have failed FFP and get a further fine on top of their losses and banned from Europe.

How does that make any sense?

Are Vila in the same situation that QPR were in where the football league fine them and penalise them for overspending if they go down?

I know it's just SB plugging his piece but still...

The replies he gets tells you all yo need to know about the clicks baiting of the article. It doesn't matter if they are disagreeing with him, it gets clicks.
However, from our perspective it id great that this kind of truth is put out there in the mainstream media and the more the better.
The more neutrals that are shown the hypocrisy and sinister nature of the allegations against us and the rules in general, the better.
