Interesting that the hearing is scheduled for 3 days which suggests robust arguments from both sides rather than just us disputing the process or the emails.

Isnt this ealier than expected? Would that lead people to think its good or bad news? Or neither...

This feels a bit like a big cup draw. Weve finally found out who we are playing and when.

I'm sure they said all along they would try fit it in because delays suited nobody, the fact the Olympics are gone for a year probably takes the urgency out of numerous other cases and opened up a few slots.
