If City are as innocent as they say they are, but for some reason CAS finds in UEFA’s favour (I’m not suggesting that CAS are bent if that happens - just that courts can get it wrong sometimes), can we take this further, ie: the Swiss courts?

I heard someone from a Newcastle supporters group refer to us as 'Dubai owned' at least twice in quick succession and a journo who claimed to have worked out there for years do nothing to correct him. The Newcastle fan also claimed to know Delooney and creepily claimed what a decent chap he was. Meanwhile John Cross and a bunch of his cronies on 'The Football Writers' pod decided football will be destroyed if we win because the big clubs will cream off the money and prevent anyone else from growing. He ended up by saying he didn't want to talk about City supporters because of the thousands spent on a banner in a childish attempt at a dig at uefa.

No real attempt at impartiality and certainly no confusion, they have long ago decided they want us stopped, guilty of not. I wonder if any of these people have ever served in a jury, because they are clearly unfit for such a responsibility.

Well when Newcastle start getting the treatment we gave from those crackpot including delooney (which I believe has already started) let's see how he feels then.

The line regarding how if we win will stop clubs from growing shows just how stupid and idiotic that guy is, and how stupid and gullible those that believe that narrative are.

would city take a reduced punishment of just the fine uefa give us ???

i was thinking last night if uefa took the 2 years ban away and just a money fine would city bite the hand of uefa ? it would not clear our name but it would make sense in calling it mistakes was made by the club at the time ?

probably but we would come out of this situation even worse in the eyes of the football world? that we have been found guilty yet still maintain we have done nothing wrong yet been done twice?

I note that Pool are apparently legal with just about anything that threatens their stance. If this is correct is it simply the ADUG way to leave media alone or have Pool got more legal clout than City?

I suspect that Liverpool simply generate more clicks and media interest so media outlets are warier of upsetting them. Being denied access to them would be seen as more damaging to the outlet than would a similar threat from City.

Maybe not in a court of law, but I'll certainly be disappointed if there isn't a hint of revenge planned.

Well according to some we have a certain plan of offensive comeback against a certain scouse club. The covid pandemic stopped it being ran as it would not be appropriate.

So it will be interesting to see it come to fruition when possible

I’ve got a feeling we will have a pretty good idea, either way, by the end of this week.
Not sure. Given that the grudges/arbitrators will be starting their deliberations later this week I would be astonished if either side says anything office. We won’t say anything official or unofficial that’s for sure, whether uefa leak anything unofficial is another matter (but it will be bollocks anyway). One thing is for sure, the gutter media will be at it (sly sources, talkShite sources, written media cunnts etc) but that will be worth fuck all too

I am gonna go with no, because as Soriano stated, we have not committed an offence and have the evidence to back it up at CAS
