Todays League Table shows both us and Pool p 30, GD identical at +45, us 3 draws them 2 with the big difference they won only lost 1 whereas we lost 7.Early doors VAR pissed me off but overall I think this season has been pretty similar to the ones that have gone before. Man Utd and Liverpool get an unusual proportion of decisions in their favour. This season a pretty defensive Man Utd side is on course to break Leicester's record of 13 penalties in the Premier League. Utd have been awarded 11 this season, and City 9. City should be top given the amount of attacking that we do. Liverpool surprisingly have only been awarded 5 penalties in the League.

Perhaps in close games they got ref or var assistance whereas we did not.
