Pep’s a proper blue these days.
Didn’t see him at York away though.

Maybe we should “throw” the game tonight to help keep the rats out of the top 4.....

Then why the constant references to qualifying for the CL?
That's odd, he says he was there.Didn’t see him at York away though.
We can appeal to the Swiss courts but really we have little chance of winning by that stage. It will all be a bit desperate and the club's credibility pretty shot. We will just have to move on and deal with it if we lose at CAS.I dont know if we can even go to a higher court. @projectriver would know more buy IIRC -
Part of the agreement when signing up to play in UEFA is that both parties sign up to using CAS as the ultimate forum to hear any complaints.
So if CAS rules against us, we would have to argue successfully to a swiss court that it was because CAS was illegitimate and that seems very unlikely.
I think UEFA would definitely exclude us while we were taking that legal action as well.

Hmm, and Pep also said he wouldn't be making changes for the Burnley game.We will never go out to deliberately lose a game.
However listening to Pep’s words, he did give an indication that tonight’s game is of little importance in comparison to Sunday’s FA Cup tie. So I expect him to put out a strange team tonight.
If we win great, If we lose no problem.
