Who leaked the story to the press I wonder... would UEFA leak the story that they have asked for a postponement or was it City?

Edit: Mike Keegan is the journo, is he well connected with City or UEFA anyone know?

If true why would Uefa ask for it to be pushed back if they were expecting good news?

Makes no sense CL draw or not, in fact the opposite, they would love to rub our nose in it, with the Worlds media watching and asking questions, albeit over a video link.

Initially I thought the same, however I think it’s more likely that they want the draw being “the news” and then the CAS verdict being the news. They don’t want the one taking away from the other.

Used to work for the M.E.N, so the story could have come from either side haha.

Well 13 more days and we will know.

It's a Monday and United-Soton is scheduled in PL. Solskjaer will want to celebrate CL qualification for 5th on that night.

People in power don't bury good news, just bad.

City getting the ban overturned, on the day of the CL qf and sf draw would be catastrophic for uefa.
