Some on hear are talking as if CAS have already made their decision and leaked it. If so why is it not in the press, it would be a big scoop and the media would be hitting us other the head with a ban if they got a sniff we were banned. No one knows anything yet in my book.

Sorry, you’ve lost me? I’m not saying anything argumentative, just that if CAS upholds the two year ban then they will be accepting that both the initial finding and the proposed punishment are justified. That can’t happen if we have the proof we say we have.

But every interview so far Pep has talked about Champions League qualification. Even when not asked about it.
I genuinely think he looked down tonight.
And I genuinely reckon today would be the day the club found out seeing as the result was meant to be officially released on Friday

So they'll have either briefed each party about the final decision or will be by no later than Friday.

I don't know how long we'll get to prepare our comms but must be at least 1 working day.

I doubt that. I think if they let both sides know on Friday, it will be leaked on the day. Since it's all about keeping it under wraps until after the draw(why is that anyway?), we may learn the outcome later that evening or possibly Saturday morning.

Both sides will have statements drafted well in advance for both outcomes, that shouldn't take a day.

I have followed this thread for months, and have seen how the emotions have flowed one way and the other, what we need is positive thinking, the owners of our club have done nothing wrong, what they have done is made the footballing world jealous of what we have achieved, and the footballing world have done everything to try and destroy us. We have been in far worst positions, remember we were relegation fodder for generations, but we stuck with it. The CAS decision is being released Monday not Friday.

As for close to tears, fucking behave, Mahrez kept smiling, and laughing, just rewatched it, despite the interviewer being an arrogant scouse twat.

You are seemingly intent on only looking for any negative signs, this is what's known as confirmation bias(others may simply call it flapping). You were doing that at least as far back as June by the looks of it.

Other people watched the same interview(myself included) and wondered just what you think you were seeing. I think you should just calm down a bit and wait for the outcome.

I'm staying neutral, there's no softening the blow if it's upheld, so there's really no point convincing yourself you know it's been upheld beforehand. I also don't want to get too certain about it being squashed either, as even if we are innocent and they haven't proven otherwise, it's not always enough in this day and age.
