I would like to see a comment in the statement that basically tells all and sundry that any further reference to City cheating FFP will no longer be tolerated and will be met by legal action. Otherwise we will still be in this situation where despite being found not guilty, you have the world and his wife being able to accuse us of all sorts in the media, without any consequences. If we win this, the time for the club allowing no-marks to get away with it has to be over.

We have had years of trying to play nice and look where it has gotten us. We have allowed people like Harris and Delaney to say whatever they want about us without repercussions. If there was ever a time to put a stop to it all, its when you have been cleared of the accusations at CAS.

Just spoken to someone at City who is involved in the planning for next season and I was told everyone from top to bottom are confident we have done nothing wrong and will be playing in the champions league next season. Just a thought - could Txiki be doing an interview for a new signing? With it likely to be done virtually the signing might not necessarily have to be on campus?
