There’s been talk on here of City knowing early Mon morning. I don’t buy that at all. I believe City and UEFA already know and have potentially known since the decision extension announcement.

just for a moment we assume neither city or uefa know the outcome
who actually does?
the three judges and who else? there must be administrative staff who also know within cas, unless they multi task can't see the judges doing the press release

It is interesting that it's referred to as a Champions League ban, is it not an overall European competition ban?
