No one is getting head off me, and I mean no one

When you were busy running the club into the ground after every home game me and my mates walked round to the main entrance and waited for a bit before getting a bus into town for opening time (5.30). One of my mates invariably roared 'Swales Out' for a laugh & made it into The Guardian as an 'obsessed individual' in one of their Swales articles

Surely as UEFA are based in Switzerland and it's regarding their competition that wouldn't be an issue? Not that I'd expect UEFA to do that by the way.
This is from section R46, page 21, of CAS’ Code of Sports-related Arbitration (in force 1 July 2020):

“The award, notified by the CAS Court Office, shall be final and binding upon the parties subject to recourse available in certain circumstances pursuant to Swiss Law within 30 days from the notification of the award by mail or courier. It may not be challenged by way of an action for setting aside to the extent that the parties have no domicile, habitual residence, or business establishment in Switzerland and that they have expressly

excluded all setting aside proceedings in the arbitration agreement or in a subsequent agreement, in particular at the outset of the arbitration.”

The next sections are also informative for this process.

As I said, there would need to be a fair amount of manoeuvring to allow for appeal of the CAS’ ruling to Swiss courts.

Our mate Tariq reckons both parties may only find out an hour or 2 before CAS announce it:

He's sort of wrong on that point.
A preliminary decision has been made that both parties now know about as they have to comment on it to the judges before the final judgement is handed down. The parties will know that decision 2 hours before hand.
