I have no idea but my gut feeling is this will be a fudge. 1 year means there won't be a mass exodus'of players but it also means UEFA don't lose face.
I know this has nothing to do with law but money talks and the old elite won't be happy if UEFA collapses.

As far as I am aware CAS are in place to rule one way or the other what is right, so a 1 year fudge doesn’t sound likely to me. The only way I could see that happening is if CAS find against us, but are of the clear view that the penalty imposed was disproportionate to the offence committed

Can we just agree some kind of calm until the decision is announced? A lot of people jumping down the necks of people that don't agree with their assessment. A lot of us haven't been reading every page of this and there will be a lot of newcomers who aren't intending to be stupid or WUM's. The fact is it's a secretive legal case none of us have access to and our opinions are based on existing info only. Were all putting trust in the club but we'll just have to see if that trust is repaid. Fingers crossed eh!

The mafia reach of the cartel and their threat to break away could still hold some sway in Uefa because things will never be the same again for Uefa & the cartel if we are cleared.

I totally agree with you. No-one outside CAS knows (or should know) the outcome.
