A flapper as opposed to a happy clapper Oakie? Like many things, I would say that it's probably somewhere towards the middle ground.
For my part I am nervous about tomorrow but I am not flapping, just not certain of the outcome. Certainly hoping for the best though.
Its mainly aimed at the usual "suspects" DBB.I have no idea as to how they cope on a daily basis with so much negativity, which certainly isn`t good for your health.
From day one I have remained very calm and positive, believing that only good will come from tomorrow and we will be totally exonerated from any so called "wrong doings".
I rest my case. ;)

I think a lot of City fans are underestimating the potentially catastrophic repercussion for the club should the decision not go our way. The damage to our reputation would hit the owners very hard indeed, and with UEFA exonerated, our spending will be under the microscope like never before.

I'm not sure whether the Premier League would get involved and pursue their own case against us, but if they did we could be in real trouble.
Under what rules will the Premier League come against City. I am not sure what FFP rules that the PL had in 2014 let alone if City would have come anywhere near failing.

You seem to be following the Daily Mail line but rather incompetently. Sniff sniff?

That’s me read the lot,a few single malts down my neck,a movie or two,bed.9 am Disley Golf Club,I will let all you guys that are worried about the outcome have a stressful night.Me I have faith in the board.Cleared of ALL.the lies, that the Premier League,EUFA,have thrown at us.Its my putting tomorrow that worries me,devilish greens.

Even so, Milan were reinstated to the competition, pending a review and further negotiations between the parties concerned. I posted it as an example because it establishes that the CAS has the authority to make a determination on the penalty and suspend further action until such a process can be completed. Not saying the cases are the same but some people have been arguing that CAS doesn't have jurisdiction in assessing the appropriateness of the penalty. This shows that in theory, that they do have that option and they can mandate an initial reinstatement. Any judgement on the merits or otherwise of the case is a separate matter for consideration.
I don't need to mate, I lived through them all and was a season ticket holder for the duration.

It would be a disastrous conclusion based on modern day City, pointless arguing otherwise.
Everybody on here was so positive yesterday and now it's all doom and gloom, why ? Not a single leak or even media rant and all of a sudden were going to get banged to rights by CAS, l cam assure you all if City had been found guilty and banned it would have been over at least one tabloid this morning, will sleep well tonight with an image of the grin on Peps face when he did the MOTD interview last night when he was asked was he confident !

It would be a disaster on many levels if the decision went against City and I don’t believe KDB would be staying for a second. I think City know hence the stories about contract talks starting

The entire C-level(and more) would have to resign if they weren’t sacked whilst writing their resignation letter. All this about it not effecting the transfers is for the birds as well

I’m optimistic

The worst thing about this whole pile of shít is that there are a sizeable number of City fans on this thread hoping we actually lose so they can say we told you so, as a great poster once said and hopefully will not mind me using ‘disrespectful motherfùckers’...

We have this shite every time there’s an event on the horizon with the potential to damage the club, and it’s no less irritating this time around. I refuse to believe any genuine City fan would want us to lose tomorrow in order that they might then be able to say “I told you so” to someone they never have, and likely never will, meet.

There are some terrible decisions each and every week in the Prem. I think sometimes we choose to focus on them only when they favour our nearest rivals.

Totally agree there and don’t really buy into the corruption thing, but the decision the other night was just bizarre.
