Why would there be law suits?
We won't have broken any laws.
This is an internal club matter contained within UEFA.

A one year ban would be disastrous on a number of fronts.

Lots of people will lose their jobs as the club looks to protect the football operation solely.

That may be so but i wouldn't put it past Liverpool to try along with there quest for league tittles and then others to follow suit. You could even go as far as relegated teams after alining there pockets in the current circumstances.
