Do you think he definitely knows the result? It is the “it happened a long time ago and a lot of those people are no longer here” that worries me a bit. Maybe I’m looking too hard under the microscope.

definitely focusing on the detail and not the bigger picture.

If i was an architect, and unofficially knew a big planning decision before i could formally tell a client, that is how i'd be telling them. If i was a teacher and knew a student had passed before i could officially them, that's how i'd be saying it. If i was on a jury for an award and someone i knew won it.. You get what i'm saying.

Enough in the lines to read between them, not enough to let everyone see.

And i 100% believe he knows, and has known for days at the very least. He rushes, then backtracks to cover himself.

CAS have reduced punishments if they consider the fine/ban excessive on previous occasions , they are a tribunal and mitigation i presume is part of their remit, not sure it will apply with our case though, it appears black or white
This is when appeals are to argue the punishment is too severe we have gone with false charges and it will be guilty ad charged or cleared !
