We tried to have the original charges dismissed but CAS said couldnt allow this as UEFA hadn't annouched any sanctions against us at that point

Here's a theory , if our club knew we had lost the appeal would they give a shit if it was leaked ? What more could CAS/UEFA do , its already a two year ban and 30m fine , increase the fine for leaking the decision.
