It would certainly look strange, and make the deadlines slightly pointless, but I don't know exactly what can/can't be done.
What can be done is, prejudge, make a decision, ban us and leak this through certain officials who then brief the press. What can't be done is announce it officially as that would make it look like it is a kangaroo court. Which it may or may not be.
 
I see our owner has spent £280 million buying 32% of Virgin Galactic. In the Torygraph. No mention of human rights in the article....
 
Yes, but my point is that the AC can't investigate it afresh (to my knowledge).
Unless they change their own rules and apply them retrospectively, which is pretty much what went on last time we 'failed' ffp. I'd imagine this is part of the reason the club want it going straight to CAS.

Isn't the lead investigator on the AC generally known as "skip", an abbreviation of Skippy, to give the judgement some validity?
