You didn’t fancy adding to the 1500+ pages there already was in the thread on this?
No, it only affects the mens 1st team so the youth team are fine too.Are the women's team banned from the ladies Champions League?
Who do you think the player is?Indeed. Stumbled upon this maverick a few years ago and it was a "head fuck" for a while. Alas, once you see something you cannot unsee it anymore so I've been watching football with new, alas saddened, eyes since.

Cheers BlueNo, it only affects the mens 1st team so the youth team are fine too.
You mean 'who do you think the alleged player is' surely?Who do you think the player is?
I don't agree with those who say CAS won't be interested in the leaks. It is a serious breach of due process and a breaking of their assurance before the hearing that there would be no leaks. See remarks in the appeal. In theory CAS is an independent body which means we would be getting our case across on equal terms. Everything would be on the table but it would not become public till the end of the case and only then if we agreed. If reports are true UEFA haven't even considered our 200 page dossier of evidence and have just selectively leaked information to the media throughout the whole process. Let's hope nothing leaks out of the CAS process.
It is stated on the BBC news that the punishment has no implications for the women's team. I continue to be disappointed by the ignorance on bluemoon. Just read the news. Are the women's team banned from the ladies Champions League?
Every single media hack is jumping to that conclusion, don't buy into it,believes not knows or has had conversations with,no quotesA source close to the City squad believes some players will want to leave if the ban is not overturned. The club’s leading names have no need to line up potential moves before the outcome of the CAS case as they know they will not be short of suitors. [

a bit concerning but understandable
They could fuck off now for me IF that's true.A source close to the City squad believes some players will want to leave if the ban is not overturned. But could they use them as the basis of the sanction? Wont be admissable at CAS without special dispensation to add new docs.Unless they obtained them quite recently which would explain why the story changed from "City not facing a ban" and "UEFA want a deal" to all-out war in the space of three weeks.
How would they know what the very private man says to his trusted iner circle and they got the punishment wildly wrong after saying they knew what it was@City_Xtra·

Sheikh Mansour has been kept up to date right from the start and is said to be 'livid' with how the affair involving UEFA has played out. [

End game....he will now buy UEFA and ban them from the champions league !!
Has no bearing, posters are anonymous and giving a geographical area has no bearing on GDPR.
are you for real or another dipperYou don't get hit with such a penalty if you've done absolutely wrong.
Responding to your reply above to another poster.Lol, if club didn't put us in this position, we would be outside of CL five years ago when they tried to stop us while the project was in toddler phase and we would be worse than we will be in the case of ban eventually being held. I hope, after putting some thinking into it, you do realize that there was no chance of us passing the FFP and signing the likes of KDB if we weren't creative. And as consequence no centurion season or breaking dippers' hearts last year.
As someone said few days ago, what we have done last few years is enough success for lifetime if needed, and if we haven't doone it the way the club did, it probably would never happen again.
Totally unfair to blame most of these ppl: .........................................we know it was all Raz's fault.Spot on, it amazes me that there's so many Blues on here who have swallowed the bait, hook, line and sinker. They blame the club, Soriano, Vicky Kloss, Sterling and everybody else without actually knowing a fraction of what exactly has occurred. I just hope none of them are CAS judges or we really are screwed.
