Is uefa’s ban currently the next two seasons or the next two seasons that we finish in a qualifying position?

Say the jumped up charges were somehow upheld and next season we finished 9th...would that season count or not?

Confident of a win just wondering what such a ruling would mean for any club.

Twice now you've mentioned his mental health in this way. Even for someone like Harris, you're bang out of order to be doing that

I know you're flavor of the month at the minute which you must be really enjoying but not everyone has forgotten your stance on our ownership and hierarchy for much of the past decade

No doubt for the same underlying reason Rob Harris and David Conn take exception
Wow, sour grapes mate

Fuck off Bruce. Nobody gives a fuck what you think.

Correct.Anyone who thinks that the likes of David Conn will be criticised for not researching their facts properly if City win on appeal is being incredibly naive.
Conn, along with others in his profession, are not acting as lone wolves..their media bosses are part of a whole movement,an agenda, one that will carry on regardless. Conn will carry on spouting his shite, ignoring any over turning of our ban,in much the same way that he ignored the financial irregularities that occured at the silly utd spin off club he attached himself to shortly after ditching City at the time of the take-over...when your a jounalist its easy; ignore fa ts,carry on delivering the mantra of your paymaster....or find yourself unemployed.
Sadly yes.
The only way it will stop if HH Sheikh Mansour buys a huge chunk of the fourth estate.
The Telegraph is up for sale if he's interested - though going in as a minority shareholder would probably be better as otherwise he will get major racist comment from the rest of the press.

PB uncovered changes to the UEFA document (the toolkit) which related to the application of FFP. IIRC, the revised application meant that we couldn't avoid punishment by deducting wages under pre-2010 contracts to fall within a certain threshold whereby we'd have avoided a penalty despite falling FFP in the first period.

The suggestion is that even Brennan - regarded as an arch-City defender by these people - didn't agree with Colin's analysis.

IMO for a journalist to contact a fan privately like this is a sign of him having spectacularly lost the plot. Dunno if you'd agree with that, mate, given your professional background?
Since when is Nick Haris a journalist?
His vehicle is Sporting intelligence which in my experience is neither Sporting or in any way Intelligent.
The Fact that the Mail on Sunday wheel him out every so often to bend facts and throw mud at City doesn't make him a journalist. He is quite simply a bitter twat with an agenda.

These guys are bullies & have made it their aim to break Rabin, PB & Gary James all for using facts & figures to defend their beliefs. Not on their own but by building a group of paid professionals & stirring up huge numbers. They’ve gone beyond Bantz & tried veiled threats, exposing identity to masses which in the Dippers case could be dangerous.

I agree no one should make light of mental health & a truce would be nice but they are being paid to bully & intimidate, they are the scourge on we’ll being.
Fucking well said.!!

Not forgetting that the executive from GM who negotiated the rag deal was sacked due to how much they paid for it

Funny how no paper's had a look at that one. Yank owners, Yank carmaker, negotiator fired. Brown envelope handed over in Delaware or the Caymans, Rob? Come on, lad. The world needs someone to ask the awkward questions. Anyway, Chevrolet and United.. they sort of deserve each other. That crossroads on the front of the shirt as well as the cars.

Made me chuckle and I have to agree. You reap as you sow and these so called journalists have been taunting, baiting and attacking our owner, manager, players, fans and club with almost total immunity until now. No more.

If these so called journalists had continually been attacking the rags or dippers on such a scale they would not now be earning a living.

Edit: I deleted that last line, no need at all.
