As long as there isn't anything in there that the club don't want out there, I'd agree as it helps clear the lies.
UEFA on the other hand may not want their side public on the grounds of potentially being crap.

Just as a note, I think it only requires one side to want the fine detail private - we'll still see the final statement, like the one for the appeal that was not acted on.

Behind closed doors things did happen, and we told them to f**k off.

UEFA president Ceferin was at both our last 2 CL group games, and as neither game had much riding on it, and there were much more important games, I would hardly think that was a coincidence, and he was there to try and talk to our officials and get us to accept a less serious punishment (as was rumoured going to happen at the time).

Why anyone is talking about PL sanctions I have no idea, as we haven't broken their rules anyway, its just hopeful nonsense from idiots supporting the 2 red clubs.

To be honest I'm confused with this too, but there is so much being thrown at us at the moment I'm not surprised.

I thought the premier league were investigating us for something but were awaiting the conclusion of the EUFA case before deciding if we faced additional charges. I've tried ignoring it as we already have a big fight on our hands but it is rumbling in the background.

I just want to know what our irrefutable proof is, really want to just press fast forward until the CAS verdict is public.

The irrefutable proof will be the clubs financial records. This would have been contained somewhere in the 200 page dossier we had put together for our defence. Something UEFA decided not to look at.

What they looked at, were stolen/hacked emails which they proceeded to take out of context. They used that as a negotiation and offered a deal, like the bully’s they are and assuming we would take one.

We didn’t. We said fuck off. See you in court, where we will be bringing the 200 page document that you didn’t want to see.

They then threw their toys out the pram and made, what will consequentially be, an absolutely fucking horrendous decision that is going to haunt them for many, many years.
