At fucking last!!!!!!! I have finally caught up with the last page today. It's only took me a bloody week. Feeling very pleased with myself. Know if you guys could hold back from anymore posts until I get with cuppa that would be great thanks.

Could you put the salient points in bullet form please

I don't know why, maybe it's wishful thinking but I think UEFA will drop these charges against us the nearer the verdict is to coming. We must be going in with shit loads of negative and damning evidence against them, and if they get wind of it you never know. Just a hunch I have.
I doubt it. UEFA are pursuing the case because various club owners and FA’s have been given them all kinds of grief for supposedly being soft on PSG and City. If they lose the case they’ll get them off their backs.

There is no suggestion in fact that we have done anything other than totally comply with PL FFP ever since its inception. Any stories to the contrary and raising the prospects of "points deductions" or "stripping of titles " is simply click bait to appeal to the lowest common denominator of the general public.

Can we all stop wetting ourselves please. The only fight we have is against this uefa charade and I habe total faith in the people running our club and the public pronouncements they have made. IE: we have "irrefutable proof of our innocence". These are the same people who were told by the same media that it was impossible to build a title winning side from scratch when competing against United, Chelsea, arsenal (remember them?) and liverpool. They said players "wouldnt sign for city ". Until players signed for city.
They said "a collection of mercenaries wouldnt be able to see it through at the business end of the season against fergusons united". Until we did.
They said after Pep arrived " he won't be able to do it in england". Until he did it in england.
They said after peps first title "he wont be able to do it again". Until he did it again.

Remember the headlines during the months before pep came "pep chooses united", "pep chooses aresenal" , "pep eyeing up italy - Juventus keeping tabs". Until pep came to city.

Remember the headlines last week "pep off at the end of the season - activates break clause". Until pep, in what I consider one of the finest moments of his career, publicly stated in a press conference in front of them all that he was "staying at city unless they sack me". The next day they were STILL running the old line of "hes leaving in the summer".

Remember the press stating categorically that raheem was off to arsenal in a trade for Sanchez. Until raheem stayed here and had the best season of his life and Sanchez went to united at 29.5 on 600k a week for 4.5 years.

The british press are playing the age old game of 'throw enough shit and eventually some will stick and we can say "told you so"'.

Relax people. It wont be easy, there WILL be frustrations along the way but we have got this. You can take that to the bank.

Top Top post mate..

agree, the judge Rodrigues for the PSG case was fuming with leterme and the outcome that allowed PSG to get off Scott-free

best post I've read on here for a long time, and yes, I remember all those, don't forget Stirling is off to Madrid, Kev's off somewhere etc etc as we're guilty as fook of ruining football

I don't think there's been any confirmation either way from what I can see, it's all just speculation so far but given the CAS information out today it can't be long coming.

It had to wait until CAS actually received the appeal notice - that was only 2 days ago. They'll now look at the case and presumably talk to both sides, and then consider IF it can be done by the end of May in order to met the CL draw for next season.

We're seriously fucked now...

Retrospective action, surely?

UEFA have found out it wasn't Westlers but Plumrose hot dogs that City were selling three decades ago.

It's enough for me to question my continued support.

I draw the line at inferior offal.

I visited the Westlers factory a few years ago. What a dreadful place that was
As for Plumrose. When working for a food distribution company we sold Plumrose pies (those tinned ones) I took a steak and Kidney one home and for a quick dinner warmed it up. It was pastry and bit of gravy with three tiny pieces of meat
They should have been prosecuted under the trade description act

You shouldn't make light of the great City Hot dog gate scandal. Don't forget, it was City's hot dogs that caused the outbreak of Mad Cows Disease a few years back. And now City are facilitating the spread of the Corona Virus in order to sabotage UEFA's prospects of continuing the Corruption League knock out stages this season.

Have you sent this from your hotel room is Costa Adeje??

Has there been any indication what constituted our non-cooperation that added the extra year?
I have always assumed they added the extra year because we refused to admit we had done anything wrong and made it clear we would fight it? The extra year added so even if the sentence was halved on appeal they may get what they wanted?

How can the punishment in the CAS statement be fundamentally different to the UEFA statement though? How? I find it baffling. One says 2020/21 & 2021/22 and the other says the next two years that we actually qualify.

If a ban stands, be it 1 or 2 years, and the media/PL clubs get their wish for points deductions/relegations, then we end up being out of the CL for longer than the actual punishment.
It’s Europe. Not CL. Don’t stress.

Some of the shite I’ve read from our fans about this whole thing.

Some of you do us all a favour and say “I don’t understand it so I’ll keep to myself”

Spouting the journalist nonsense and engaging doesn’t help and puts our fans in a bad light.

I cant imagine giving any of them the time of day. I don’t when they try act like they praise us and I wont when they show their true nasty selves.

Journalism is a craft full of people who come across as needy cucks at the best of times.

Don’t engage them, don’t reply, don’t share.

He who laughs last...
