Yes you’re right. I should have said those with the powers SEEM to be pro UEFA. I really hope your positivity is correct but I fear UEFA’s intentions are supported by those who make the rules; decisions & judgements.
However, in accordance with all the other posts on here - these are just my thoughts. Nobody - other than City & CAS - know anything.

We do not have to beat the powerplay at the moment, that comes later. At first instance, we only have to persuade CAS of the merits of our case against UEFA's.

Surely CAS will be looking at the evidence already seen and judging the case on the merits of that, and this should include the 200 page dossier UEFA refused to look at but I’d be surprised if they would allow anything not previously submitted to be thrown in now
