Right we're getting that woman on your case straight away!
I know.
There's a touch of the Kursaal flyers about this thread. One for the oldiesI know.
This thread reminds me of that Aviva add where the woman is interrogating the bloke on if his door lock conforms to BSA standards. He frustratingly shouts, "I don't know!! Nobody knows!!!" I fear the same applies here, though a lot appear to know the answers, do they?

Could it be that City is so sure of winning that they use this as a way of putting more pressure on UEFA? The amount of damages we can sue them for will just get bigger, and furthermore UEFA should be more motivated to get this resolved ASAP.
That's the story of my life, the woman you are getting will have to join the queue !!!!!
See every other tweet.Thats an understatement. Non supporting city fans reading this thread must think we’re all of bunch of crackheads.
Damages not a patch on actually playing in CLThe problem for UEFA if we dont ask for a suspension and there isn't a ruling before the next CL is even higher damages if we win. What would be the damages involved if we were banned but subsequently won at CAS?
Or Manuel,Mr FawltyI should change my name to Jon Snow cos I know nothing.

Agreed but I'd say the damages would be so big that UEFA couldn't shrug them off. Even giving us what the winners earn wouldn't get anywhere near it as I assume damage to the brand, exemplary damages and legal fees etc would be astronomical.
They also have an agreement not to disclose details of the ongoing caseIt has been reported that clubs have an agreement with uefa that neither can claim damages against the other.
i wouldn't think damages is what the club is after, more a swift resolution.
Either way, plenty of time to request a suspension, once the adjudicators are selected.
Reading all the whispers & nudge nudges on this thread reminded me of this from a couple of years ago.
I post this with no malice ....

I'm not aware of any journos sitting on a massive expose.
The only way I could see it being the case, is if The Times or FT have been promised it by City at a time of our choosing.
Personally, if we have dirt on our rivals, I don't see any gain relying on the UK media to report it.
Airing it in court makes it legal and opens it up to the world.
