That quote wasn't recent, it was shown to have been rehashed from an article in February.Anyone read the story that City have ' no strong evidence' going in to this hearing, from a ' source' close to UEFA by all accounts. The infamous ' source' strikes again, lol.

The latter. I would suggest it’s unlikely that we’ll be signing anyone though, a) because we won’t know how to budget until we get a formal outcome, and b) cos I can’t imagine top players would want to commit to us until they know if we’re going to be in the CL or not
