Just a thought - could Txiki be doing an interview for a new signing? With it likely to be done virtually the signing might not necessarily have to be on campus?

Likewise, would Txiki be the guy for a contract renewals? I'd say we would have a lot of content lined up for next week - regardless of outcome

Have to say, I haven't been this nervous about City ever. This tops even the 93.20 or any other big transfers in our club's history. Absolutely vital we get cleared which will then give me immense pleasure to read the posts at Ragcafe and RAWK. They would go batshit crazy. Please let this happen.

Rival fans will be totally shocked on Monday. They haven't followed events as closely as we have and have just been lapping up the relentless fake news from the media. Most of them don't even realise it all relates to an FFP breach we have already been punished for. I think the main reason most of the press have backed off on this story in recent weeks is because the snakes know they are going to look very stupid next week. They will try and spin the story of course but not with much conviction.

I watched it, nothing in it, they were both fine for me. Plus even if we did hear anything today which is just guess work anyway, then its unlikely the club would tell the players before the game so very doubtful Mahrez knows anything either way.
