I dealt With a lot of QC’s when I was in the UK. 55% from one of them is a nailed on certainty. US depends very much on the State as every jurisdiction has different rules and laws. I’m in California which is pretty slick, especially in LA. There are a lot of very clever lawyers and a lot of total sharks. Almost all however are as @Prestwich_Blue would put it total c****.

I had Doc Lock as a 6th former but I really liked Nic Munday and Miss Forsyth. Paul Thompson was great and Brian Edwards was the most laid back teacher ever.

I went back a long time ago - I was commissioned to shoot some video and stills for their PR. Place was the same. Smelled the same. Went to the staff room and had school dinners. Traumatic.

Went back a few times when my boys went to the Junior school until we moved to LA. Loved my time there. Breaking Dr Birch’s leg in Rugby training was a particular highlight...

He has now been told off for referring to Sheffield United as Sheffield. For someone who played for most of his career in a two team city, and played for and managed us, he is fucking clueless even on such basics

He’s basing that on absolutely no knowledge of the case whatsoever.

I really cannot fathom how many have spoken with such confidence on the case without clearly knowing anything.

Well, as the Treasurer of UEFA, Gill must know the result. He will be interested in the huge legal costs his organisation has paid in its two-year witchunt against City.

All embargoed Judgments I have ever seen had no more than a 48 hour embargo. Most were 24 hours. I agree entirely with you Stefan they will not have known for weeks. However they will have been confident after the hearing if it went well.

It's more a case of wishful thinking with Shearer and Pearce. The tone of the voice gives it away.

Well he speaks on football tactics.....something he knows nothing about based on his performance as City Manager.

I don’t think Pearce or Shearer dislike us, they just have to give an opinion as that’s what they are there for and because they don’t know anything about it, they’ve just gone with the status quo original decision.

Disagree there pal. Maybe not Shearer so much but Pearce fucking hates us. Still bitter that we binned him.

I don’t dislike the man despite such a miserable time as a season ticket holder, under him.
I’ve always respected him as a bloke, he’s just a bit thick.
