Let me get 1 thing straight I'm 100% confident we have won. However I do have fear what the implications could be if the decision were to go Uefa's way.

We have already seen stories in the press that the Premier league would investigate should we lose the case. We have also see Gerrard say he is waiting for a league winners medal when we lose.

We have also seen all but Sheffield Utd in the top 10 try to stop us over turning the ban.

How is it beyond the realms of possibilities that some will look for an opportunity for there pound of flesh.
Gerard really said that? What a sad bastard, is he that desperate?

Seems like you are saying we are guilty whatever the outcome ?

What specific rule do you think we have broken ? What specific technicality do you think we might get off on ?

Why do you think we are guilt? Plenty of counter evidence on here if not in the media.

How can you support the club but not support the club ?

MUST.SUPPORT.CITY... it's this kind of blind obedience that we criticise Liverpool supporters for. The club can be wrong, but it's still our club. You really must learn to exercise free will and engage your critical faculties.

Pep is going big guns one last time tonight, get ready for it.

I think we've won just by his conviction.

Say what now?

I’m still minded to think that nobody actually knows but I really hope you’re right.

I hope so too.

A) I can't for the life of me see how they can possibly Not know. A case of this magnitude, with a process that allows for prior knowledge, any lawyer or party would be insisting on it, let alone agreeing to delay it with what is at stake for the club.

B) Pep's demeanour shows no hesitation or caveat, that you'd expect if the club really didn't know.

My belief, obviously, but I feel that strongly about it.

As already stated, there’s nothing new in that Conn article but this was interesting:

That was the suggestion from leaked internal City emails and documents published by the German magazine Der Spiegel in November 2018, which sparked the CFCB investigation. One email, from City’s then chief financial officer, Jorge Chumillas, asked a more senior City executive to clarify whether only £8m was being paid by Etihad, and the other £57.5m was being provided by City’s owner, Sheikh Mansour of the Abu Dhabi ruling family. The reply to Chumillas was not published by Der Spiegel and City, while furiously denying any wrongdoing, have never publicly explained why Chumillas would write that email, nor what the reply was.

Seriously, what is this dickhead on? What makes him think that City should’ve publically disclosed that information while we were being investigated and are now going through an appeal process? Maybe the stupid twat should’ve concentrated on why Der Spiegel never published the reply to the e-mail because there’s absolutely no doubt that they would’ve printed it if they felt it incriminated us.

Ha come on, get a grip. A generation? We'd be minimum top 3 again next season
Seems people are determined to clutch their pearls and send for the fainting couches. If we lose the case and they carry on like this tomorrow, the Rag and Red Scouse lurkers will have a field day. So will the media. The propaganda will be full on as it us without blues joining in.

I'm pretty happy we've had a fair hearing, and the decision will be made on the facts. No idea which way it will go, but here's hoping. Worked all day today to avoid being as busy as anything tomorrow. So the F5 key will be getting a fair old workout in 13 or so hours.
