Think it’s only natural that people get more edgy as the decision draws closer. I went to bed last night brimming with confidence, but inevitably a few nagging doubts have re-emerged today. This is City, after all. If I think rationally rather than emotionally though the signs are largely positive.

Still amazed that there have been no leaks though. Absolutely nothing has come out of the club (or indeed UEFA) which is strange. Must’ve been a very strict embargo from CAS on this.

The BBC release is a mix and match of the statements they put out when we were charged by UEFA back in February so they no nothing more !

But they have repeated all the factual errors they made last time. The article is totally amateurish. Whoever produced it has not even made a basic check on what we were charged with by UEFA and what Der Spiegel actually published. Even by the low standards of the BBC it's pathetic. They didn't even check the latest situation with Rui Pinto who is now facing 90 charges (not 147) and is due for trial in the next two months. The BBC is a joke.

You're making too little of it. I care about a guilty verdict which essentially sets the legal seal for those who have long tried to deligitimise all the trophies we have won since 2011.

We would likely start next season with a significant points reduction from the Premier League, possibly the least they would try to enforce.

On top of that, hundreds of jobs are in the balance across the club.

Which is why I have always been confident of a result, because the stakes are so incredibly high for City to have still taken it all the way to this point, knowing that.

When I added a dose of realism of how severe the fallout would be, I was classed as a wum.
It is seismic. Abu Dhabi are conscious of their reputation. Who knows the final result, as you rightly state that others will be happy to put the boot in.

True, although outright briefed leaks to journalists are a bit different to the “natural” sort of leaks you usually get emanating out of the club. It’s rare that you get such absolute silence, assuming the club have been told of course.
