Essentially, having abandoned any notion that debt might be the real financial problem in football and having perverted the principle of FFP so that investment was prohibited, and having applied this perversion for 2 years before abandoning that too and introducing new rules allowing investment for certain clubs, they've now abandoned FFP in its entirety. What a sham this was.

Not really an issue though?....

Just about to say it is a related party and the press release says as much:
Juventus and FCA are related parties as they are both subject to the control of EXOR N.V. The present transaction, although it is an ordinary transaction at market-equivalent conditions, has been subjected, pursuant to the procedure for related party transactions adopted by Juventus, to the Board of Directors’ approval, after the reasoned positive opinion issued by the Committee for related party transactions. As this is a significant related party transaction (maggiore rilevanza), an information document will be published according to the terms and procedures set out by the applicable laws and regulations.

Nothing to see here, pay an extra £25 million that you have no obligation to pay for no additional benefit to a club who have form for deceipt and corruption in a country where anything seems to go.
