Mate I'd usually be with you but the pen for Chelsea was very generous.
yep it was ?? but its daft of the keeper to rush out and try and take the ball and was asking for trouble ?? but the main point in the shoot out is getting the right rules that are in place about the keepers coming off the line, the official was making the point to both keepers about VAR and the line before the shoot out
chelsea have a big point and rightly so to question the winning pen ?? when you have a system in place (VAR) and knowing the rules you want it fair for both teams, VAR officials team got it wrong again and in a major final ?? ok it not a champions league final but it sends out the wrong message that you can trust the VAR officials
ask yourself the same question if it was chelsea winning like that ?? would the VAR team flag up and make them take it again YOU BET THEY WOULD

In the prem the keeper off his line will not be looked at by VAR it will be an onfield decision

they changed it to some part of one foot on the line ?? it was because the early part of the new VAR rule on pens was both feet on the line but that was giving a large percentage and the advantage to the player taking the spot kick ??? so everybody was happy with one foot on the line
VAR is being used by crooks running the governing bodies like fifa and uefa and the EPL, its simple to benefit the so called glory clubs and to give them a greater advantage, and from watching last night and the weekend games in the EPL good luck manchester city in the champions league and EPL this season

at least Klopps job is safe from now on this season hahahaha multi cup winners and all that
there is always 2 sides to winning or losing a competition ??? and you can finish 4th and still win the champions league and super cup finish 2nd and lose the community shield, but what manchester city did was win win win win and then win again no coming 2nd or 4th
