Official: #ManCity’s 22-man travelling squad vs Sevilla.Ederson, Ortega, Carson; Lewis, Walker, Akanji, Stones, Laporte, Gvardiol, Ake, Gomez; Rodri, Phillips, Perrone, Kovacic, McAtee; Palmer, Alvarez, Haaland, Grealish, Foden, Bobb

Who thinks that "Bernardo is unwell" means that he may be considering his options? By the way, is the match being screened anywhere?
I’m sure I read somewhere that Bernardo’s missus is about to have her baby any day now and had returned to Portugal for the birth

We have just a couple of injuries, something not at all out of the ordinary and very much what youd expect at any given time during the season and the squad looks like it's been decimated. Really highlights how thin we are spread, need bodies.

Does 'unwell' mean injured? I suppose it's possible he's with his wife for the birth of their child and the club is just throwing Howe and Newcastle a curveball in their game planning.

I'd go with:

Ederson
Akanaji Stones Gvaridol Ake
Rodri Kovacic
Foden
Palmer Haaland Grealish

Yip our squad is only 3/4 injuries away from being very inexperienced. Always a huge risk that Pep takes and tbf it has worked extremely well for the last few years, but we have also been fortunate to not have many long term injury issues.
Our Defence can handle injuries right now but our midfield is really lacking depth and we desperately need a couple in.
