UEFA Team of the Year: City trio on shortlist

So only 3 players from the Premier league who actually played here last season.
Wonder who they play for!!!!
 
Some very odd choices on that list. Alexis and Neymar had pretty underwhelming club seasons last year and James was nothing special in Ligue 1. Surprised how much the WC seems to have affected some of the choices, given that it isn't a UEFA competition. Jonathon Soriano is a real left field choice as well, even if he did absolutely bag last year.
 
Now Aguero missing looks a joke given Soriano is in there, but in all seriousness, where the fuck is Suarez ?! I'd let them off on Kun as he was injured for half the year but Suarez not being on the shortlist is just baffling. I know he's a cannibal and what not but he's an awesome footballer and deserves to be recognised.
