UK in 5 years

Sorry to say yes.

Give me an example of how I am wrong on that one?
How on earth was he going to finance all these wild promoses for a start.

Where on earth was he going to put all the people he was going to let come? Ask Vinny to sort it?

The list is endless, i have disabilities as you know and i am royally fucked now the tories are in, other half convinced she will die on a trolley in leighton hospital when we have to come home.

Its an absolute nightmare but even we could see things would be even worse with the utter madcap ideas the Corbyn regime had in mind.

What about the armed forces? What about the economy?

I would love to see a centre Labour government not built on greed and pandering to the rich. What about the fact he would have caused even more toxic divisions.

Do you honestly believe it would have been anything other than a disaster?

Do you deny that he was a far left?

Far left or right makes no difference they wont work and will cause division and hatred and will take the road to hell.

So yes absolute confidence as sure as it will piss down in Manchester this week.

Huge amount of guesswork based upon a costed manifesto.

It's not my fault you didn't read it. You act like it was all going to be acted upon straight away, but it's alright to wait for brexit to sort itself out?!!

You clearly prefer a gov that admits it has no economic plans as of yet.

Well, if you voted for them, your future plight is on you.

Like everyone else in the same position.

Still ignoring the IFS doubt on Labour’s manifesto. Still ignoring the fact they had to admit they needed to borrow and therefore the costing was bollocks.

Sad.

What's "sad" is your denial that ALL govs borrow. That's how they enact any plans going forward.

What a dumbass post you made. You can't resist responding to me even though I haven't included you in anything.

Anyway, that's your last response even if you think I have no answers.

I'm asking yet again to not involve me. You and your crew do not like me and the feeling is mutual.

Ciao.

That’s not my denial, it was Labour’s with getting their manifesto and promises done, which they then had to admit.

No word on what the IFS said? Obviously not because you’re all about squirming and ignoring the truth.

I’m going to continue to call out your nonsense, if you don’t like it put me on hold but whenever you continue to spout nonsense, I’ll highlight it.

It’s people like you who are at fault for putting the Tories in power, that must weigh heavily on you.

I did not vote tory, never have never will.

I voted leave for reasons i made clear on this forum several times.

I have also stated i have grave concerns regarding a boris brexit.

As for labours manifesto it could have offered the moon on a stick and i wouldn't have voted for a party with Corbyn, McDonald and Abbott anywhere near as i consider them to be a menace.

As a Southern Ireland citizen. I do hope I don't have to give up my season ticket. I'm able to get in and out in the one day on match days. I couldn't afford nor want to be having to lose precious time in a queue trying to gain access in and out of the UK. I'm aware the common travel area remains unchanged but who knows where the person sitting next to me on the plane over is coming from and what their intentions are. I sometimes barely make a flight over and back with minutes to spare at times :-(

Fuck me. I long for a world where getting to the football or not was the only major concern...

Looking forward to returning to this thread in 5 years... Hahaha
It will be fascinating to look at.

My predictions:

No deal Brexit
Economy goes up the shitter
Boris uses this to justify more cuts including workers rights
NHS becomes two tier. Like booking an easyJet flight. You pay, get priority etc.
Scotland/Northern Ireland fuck off.
London becomes near enough its own country. Full of Uber rich taking advantage of being an unofficial tax haven.
The North can get to fuck. Ghettoised.
Gerrymandering of electorial boundaries lead to permanent Tory rule.

I hope I'm alive to see if these predictions come true.

Mad eye Morgan has now come.out saying no new nurses for at least 10 years and the 18500 expecte dto go over the next few years thwy cannot explain how to stop that or replace them as they go.

Expect more of the same over the next few months where promises made in the election are revieled to be undoable amd not going to happen.

Unicorns and everyfink.
  • Growth of 3%+ PA.
  • Out of the EU with a deal.
  • Changes in Business taxation to promote investment and limit tax dodging by mega corporations.
  • Major investments in UK infrastructure outside London.
  • Performant NHS with promises fulfilled (e.g. 40 hospital building projects + 55, 000 additional nurses).
  • Properly funded Schools.
  • IndyRef 2 if Scotish opinion polls show Scotish desire for independence for 7 consecutive years.
  • Constitutional Reforms (e.g. 600 MP HoC with Boundary reforms implemented, House of Lords, a 300 seat senate with 1/3 elected at each general election by PR + Supreme court exclouded from interfering in politics)
  • Royal Commission into Social Care and funding.
  • Boris Johnston reelected PM with large majority.
