Well, I’ve learned one thing from the first half, Sancho is the greatest player ever.

Not a bad half. Unbelievable ball from Sterling for the goal and a great tricky finish from Kane. Sancho looking good too. Only problem is maybe thinking that we've done enough already. Could be worse though!

Sancho did once what Foden did half a dozen times against Scotland but didn’t get a mention. When Stones tracked back to stop an attack no mention, assume it’s years of conscious bias becoming unconscious bias.

Ugly performance, but we’re winning.

Our passing has been slow and negative. Sterling and Sancho have tried to be positive to be fair but the midfield is invisible, nobody in the centre of the pitch putting their foot on the ball and looking forward.

Let’s go for it second half, these aren’t a good team. Get Foden or Grealish on at some point, if not both.

Defensively reasonably solid, both wingers confident and dangerous. Just far too slow and ponderous progressing the ball. There’s a huge void in central midfield. Mount isn’t involved at all. Rice doesn’t move into space enough, really doesn’t look like he wants the ball

Playing Italy would be that much of a shock to the system I could see nothing but an absolute drubbing from Mancini's team.

Grealish for me would be better than the wonder boy. He keeps possession better, works harder and creates more.
