so its Sterling thats keeping Foden out because at City Foden keeps Sterling out, both play on the left. Southgate rates Sterling more than Foden. But City do play Sterling as centre forward with Foden on the left. City forwards inter-change alot more than england and at a faster pace

I don’t think we have seen the last of Foden in this tournament.
