i have one massive one under my top lip, had it for about 4 days now, causing me absoulute grief, ive put salt on the fu*ker and its still not working.

anyone else suffer from these and got any idea how to get rid of them ?

Hi mate,

Get these all the time, have done since i was around 13. Try the below solutions: -

If you get them regularly, i'd get some toothpaste without SLS in it (a chemical that can cause ulcerations). Boots do one in their special range.
