He doesn't "run" the club.

No, it makes him a hypocrite. He may not run the club, but he is a "higher-up" there and in a way represents the club. If he talks about fairness and all, he should be following the laws of his country first.

I agree, he should. But the club cannot be held responsible for the private dealings of one man, whoever he is.

I am not blaming the Bayern, the club. I don't think anyone here is targeting Bayern. We are targeting Uli Hoeness, because he has talked thrash about City before.
