It can be dressed up a few different ways , but whilst the point is just about 'acceptable' in a home game , even against a top side , the manner of the overall performance wasn't pretty ....... and that's what people are getting at ........ fortune favours the brave , and we didn't do enough to actually win the game and get maximum points ..... and that's what great sides try to do , and if we want to join the elite that's what we too have to aim for!

This point will do though , if we can see off Birmingham ......

Personally I'm very happy with the position the team and the club are in.

Better point for them than for us but not getting beat was very important tonight. I can understand people's frustration but the whole game was flat. It was a case of two sides with too much to lose by taking chances. That was a poor UTD line up though and we on paper have a better side. The shame is too many of our players are only decent on paper. Atleast we can all go in work tomorrow.

Where are they in the league?

We have dicked them before and they have gone on to win titles and European Cups!

It's not wins against them that will get us where we want to go (it's good when we do) but wins against the lower teams

Decent performance, in my opinion.

I was fully expecting us to lose in the last 10 minutes....Man utd somehow manage to play with a ridiculously high intensity in the final moments of the game every time.

This is a step up from last season. We looked absolutely solid in defence. A couple more players and we'll be rinsing most of our games.
