It does'nt have to be Gill, but that would help weaken someone to.
My point being is we need the odd penalty, the odd fine rather than a ban and our interests being looked beyond what Garry Cook can do....Gill why not, two birds one stone!!
Although I would much rather have Garry Cook there instead and do what Mr Burns said above and our financial clout.
edit: I'm not talking about replacing G Cook at City with Gill (No way), we could give him or whoever is above him a role as an expert in the field of the FA with wages far superceeding his current wage structure at the swamp.
