Amongst many unsubstantiated allegations, 'unethical' conduct on the part of the club can be seen as defamation, malicious falsehood and an attack the the very management of the club which, under English law, is supposed to contain an element of morality. Oh, and there is, of course, the suggestion that Employment Law was somehow breached, this law now determined by periodic regulations issued by the EU.
